I do not rest easily knowing that I have let down a client by failing to tell them exactly where their case is at and letting them know exactly what to expect moving forward.
Many clients are unable to drive after an accident. To help make sure you get the advice you need during this crucial time, I will be happy to meet you at your home, work, or even at a local Starbucks for a free consultation.
If you do not want to meet at all, that is not a problem! I have many clients that I consult with over the phone. If I decide to accept your case, I can send all required documents to begin representation to you by fax or email. All you have to do is print them out, sign, and send back to me. Should this be difficult, I do not mind sending my firm intake packet to your treating medical provider. You can fill it out at their office and have them fax it back should you not have access to a printer or a fax machine.
I will be implementing e-signature capability in the very near future to further streamline this process.
